Refund policy

Lichen offers in-store credit within the first 7 days of your purchase. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund of any kind.

Eligibility for In-store Returns:

• Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  
• The item must be in the original packaging.
  
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  
  

Eligibility for Online Returns:

• Customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs to return item to Lichen.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 
  
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The following are exempt from refunds:

• Gift cards
• Plants and live items
• Some health and personal care items
