ADMISSION Beaded Earring Workshop with Flora Folk

Join Evelyn of Flora Folk to create a beaded earring design, learn to bead, and take home your own unique pair of earrings in a three-part class.

The skills learned in each workshop will build upon the last, with participants finishing with a beautiful pair of earrings. Saturdays, January 10th, 17th, and 24th from 6-8pm. Doors open at 5:45pm.

First class: Learn how to bead and design. Learn how to translate your ideas into a bead pattern, and how to read patterns. All required supplies will be provided. A variety of colored beads to choose from for whatever your heart desires! You will then take home your project and work on it throughout the week. If you don’t end up making progress at home, don’t worry!

Second class: This day is reserved for continuing to work on your earrings, and ask any questions that have come up.

Last class: Finish up your project, and wrap up any loose ends.

The goal in this class is to learn a new skill while having fun in the long winter months and to walk away with a pair of earrings that you skillfully crafted. No need to have any experience! Evelyn will be going through a basic stitch, how to add tassels and loops (if desired).

Preparation: Please think through some ideas of what you want your earring to look like. If you have some ideas to choose from it will make the first class a lot smoother, then you will have more time to bead! Evelyn has made a Pinterest board to help give you some inspiration, or use any of her original designs will be available for use. Also, just keep in mind that the earring designs will need to be small in order to be finished within the set of classes.


Sparkling water, decaf coffee, tea and some light snacks will be provided for your enjoyment at each class.
