Winter Berry Tea by Felicity Loft

Winter Berry is a rooibos blend with the dark berry flavor of elderberry blended with roasted dandelion root. The addition of hibiscus and calendula petals balances it all out. This is one of those let is sit for as long as you like blends. The longer it steeps the stronger it will get and those elderberries will open up.

Brewing Instructions: 1.5 tsp per 8oz at 212 degrees for at least 5 minutes, but really just until you feel like it.

Ingredients: rooibos, elderberry, dandelion root, hibiscus, calendula.

Loose leaf tea.
